At Little Lambs Childrenswear, we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read the following policy carefully.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
UK Customers – Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods online as a consumer within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period by emailing littlelambsboutique@outlook.com.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused and in a resaleable condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail shop. If the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from your refund where permitted by law. Items return with tags removed & any damages will not be refunded and sent back to you.
Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of goods.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until safely received by us.
Delivery Charges
If you exercise your statutory right to cancel your entire order, we will refund:
- The purchase price of the returned goods
Please note the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the order being returned is due to be faulty or incorrect.
Additional charges for express, next-day or other premium delivery services are non-refundable.
Partial Returns
Where only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge is not refundable.
Orders qualifying for Free UK Delivery are available on orders of £80 or more.
If a partial return reduces the remaining order value below £80, we reserve the right to deduct our standard UK delivery charge from your refund where permitted by law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at littlelambsboutique@outlook.com, including your order number and photographs where possible.
Where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your statutory rights, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
Reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will also be reimbursed.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty or otherwise required by law, we cannot accept returns of:
- Personalised or customised products.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Products that cannot legally be returned.
- Socks & underwear
- Sale
Sale Items
Sale Items bought with a discount under 50% are exchange only. Clearance items bought with the discount of 50% off or more are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Sale or clearance items bought in store are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Click & Collect
Orders placed online for Click & Collect are covered by the same statutory cancellation rights as other online orders.
Purchases made directly in-store are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be made using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been returned.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process your refund.
International Orders (Outside the UK)
We currently do not ship to countries within the European Union.
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for complying with the import laws of their destination country and for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges that may apply.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and import fees are non-refundable.
If an international order is refused, unclaimed or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with local import requirements, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs fees or other costs incurred before issuing any refund where permitted by law.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.
Where an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct any postage or other costs incurred before issuing any refund where permitted by law.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or any other applicable law.
