At Little Lambs Childrenswear, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order, as it outlines our delivery options, processing times, and responsibilities.

We currently offer UK delivery only. Standard UK delivery is charged at £4.99 and is free on all orders over £80. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. Express delivery is available at a cost of £5.99 and typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. Special Delivery at £11.99 typically is with in the next day for delivery. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected during busy periods such as sales, seasonal promotions, and holidays.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our chosen courier. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Where possible, please provide photographs of any damage so that we can raise the issue with the courier and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If an order qualified for free standard delivery and is later returned in full, the original delivery cost may be deducted from your refund in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply to resend your order.
